Project background
The CCTV system at XJ Group Industrial Park in Henan needed to bring information from distributed points to a command and control center, allowing equipment status to be viewed centrally and maintenance to be organized.
Site requirements
The project addressed mounting, power and network access at outdoor CCTV points, including rain and dust protection, ventilation, cooling and surge-protection provisions. It also required central visibility of field-equipment power, network and alarm information, supporting fault isolation, remote handling and future expansion.
Implemented arrangement
AEO-IM9000 multifunction digital transmission cabinets were used to manage cameras, fiber transmission units, switches and other field equipment. The arrangement combined cabinet, power, surge protection, intelligent control and fiber organization modules with the management platform to support status monitoring and maintenance.
Maintenance approach
The platform provides cabinet operating states, alarms and maintenance logs. Appropriate actions can be performed on equipment that supports remote control. Faults involving equipment, cabling or power require on-site work according to the circumstances. Available functions and permitted operations depend on the actual modules and platform configuration installed for this project.
Equipment used
